Is it free?#

Yes. Nothing is sold, and Ville Cash packages in the game's shop cost nothing.

How do I play?#

Get the L.O.S launcher, sign in with your L.O.S account and pick L.O.S The Ville in the games hub. Step by step: Getting Started.

Why is the laptop locked?#

It unlocks through the starter quests: follow the quest that asks you to talk to a neighbour and get your happiness up.

Why does an item look blank or odd?#

Its art didn't survive. We've remade hundreds of lost pictures and hide items with no art from the market, but some effects and animations still show as stand-ins. See What Works Right Now.

How do I help a neighbour build?#

Join their crew from the Requests panel when they ask, or visit and help.

Where do friend requests go?#

Asking a neighbour to be a good friend (or more) shows in their Requests list, where they can accept or ignore it.

The game won't start#

Reload once. If it still won't, post in Bug Reports: we can look at your save.

I found a bug#

Post it in Bug Reports with what you did, what happened and a screenshot.
